Applying the idea of self assessment I have created this rubric for tomorrow's writing.  It also brings in Peer Assessment to help answer the question, "how do I know I am correct?"  However, this rubric causes the assessment to be quite evaluative and judgmental.  It should include areas for descriptive feedback from self and peer.
